Dividend Proposal
The Management of Progress-Werk Oberkirch AG has decided in its meeting today to propose to the Supervisory Board an increase of the dividend per share for the Fiscal Year 2006 from EUR 1.10 to EUR 1.20 in the meeting for the adoption of financial statements. Management thus underlines its conviction that PWO will realise significant additional sales and earnings potential through its current international expansion via new production facilities.
The Annual Report 2006 will be released on 11 April 2007.
